Designing the Future
With the application of the most modern tools, it adopts in its projects Building Information Modeling “BIM” - Building Information Modeling, representing in a virtual and three-dimensional way the physical and functional characteristics of a building, allowing the future user a more real view to attend. of their expectations and security in their investment, also ensuring better quality control in the construction processes and implementation phases of the project.
Executive project closing the shed
Closing of shed for technical cleaning of dust removal of trains with application of metal plates fixed with screw and sealing tape in the existing concrete frames, completely sealing the shed.

Building extension project (BLOCK H)
Extension of the building area with the application of Steel Deck slab and metallic structure aiming to adapt the existing layout and the accommodation of new rooms to the administrative floor of the building. In expansion, the high floor solution was maintained with built-in infrastructure. The solution also considered the implantation of one more elevator, adequacy of the lighting, electrical and air conditioning projects.

Building extension project (Pedro II)
Place for storage and delivery of uniforms. The project has waiting room, storage area, toilets and canopy. The project considers two accesses to the space: one by the external area and another in the level of the blockades in the station of line 3 of Metro Pedro II. The new structure is metallic, the closure of existing spans in steel deck slab. The design area was limited by the lateral closures that created an underutilized space, and, in terms of ceilings, by the spatial structure of the existing cover.

Public toilets on railway lines
The project for the implantation of 36 public toilets, feminine, masculine and accessible according to NBR 9050.leo
For the implantation, functional studies were done with the best solution for each site and with constructive methods of better suitability for each case.

Building extension project (Mezzanine C1)
The project consists of the Expansion of the Mezzanine of the Technical Block and Installation of the External Shipyard Block. The extension of the mezzanine included the installation of a further staircase (metallic) and accessible lift. Unlike the existing area, in concrete, the new area was designed in steel structure and Steel Deck slab; the exterior walls of the enlargement follow the existing pattern - with floor-to-ceiling frames. The Block of Shipyard was designed in concrete structure and fence in masonry also of concrete (according to construction standard indicated by the Metrô).

Shed for hazardous waste
Design of a warehouse for the storage of hazardous waste. For design design, the current Fire Fighting standards were evaluated, requiring the installation of containment grids in all bays, natural ventilation, specific bay for storage of flammable liquids and administrative room. The shed has metallic structure, closings and internal walls in masonry and high frames, in the facade, closing with trapezoidal tiles to create a similarity with the existing shed.

Design of buildings (Pitinho)
The project consists of the implementation of five administrative buildings in what is now a parking area of the São Paulo Subway; they are: an administrative block, an area for external storage (divided into stalls), a metallic shed, a road balance (with crib and cabin) and a guardhouse. It was foreseen the paving of the whole area, which should support the circulation of materials from small to large; with the buildings mostly in masonry and concrete structure, but also with the implantation of a shed, designed with metallic structure and closure in trapezoidal tiles.

Building design (new inspection block)
Design of a warehouse that will be used for inspection of materials, with administrative area, laboratories of mechanical, chemical and electrical tests, besides the operational archive and permanent inventory. It will be inhabited by approximately 52 employees. With metallic structure, external closures in masonry with acrylic paint, internal partitions in fire-resistant drywall, frames for thermal comfort; on the façade, closure was planned with trapezoidal tiles so that there is a correlation with the nearby buildings.

Building extension project (Extension of warehouse C2)
The project to expand the warehouse and warehouse area, following the same typology as the existing block. The project counts on concrete structure, with acrylic painting on concrete concrete block, external ramp for PCD access, and vertical circulation through metallic ladder and new elevator; in the mezzanine, a warehouse for small items was proposed.
